During our history, our team has grown with us; we have encouraged personal motivation to improve, valuing the skills and effort of every worker at every stage.
Personal achievement is part of our aim. And the complexity of our structure leads us to create a professional atmosphere that makes it possible for each worker to improve and “recycle”.
Castillo Trans is also continuously developing a series of internal programmes aimed at workers with the purpose of maintaining, updating or polishing their knowledge in order to offer the client a top quality service. Basically, they can be classified in three groups:
Training. This programme is aimed mainly at the area of drivers and comprises the following specific programmes:
Initial training of staff starting to work for our company
Practical training of secondary drivers
Specific enabling training for special transports
Training in Occupational Risk Prevention
Recycling. In order to keep up with the rhythm of change, and furthermore, in order to be able to create change, it is necessary for the whole work team to be able to generate ideas, projects and new concepts which are more than solutions (based on continuous assimilation of knowledge).
Recycling and updating training aimed at all staff
Re-engineering. Re-engineering is a strategic redesign process of processes and not organisations, a synonym of modern structures and the reflection of good adaptation to the variations in the environment. This process fully involves all the staff to work more... intelligently! Seen from another point of view, it is the polishing of processes, methods and work techniques which are generated from the integrated vision of the work team.
Specific training as a result of seeking to provide a better service.
