Generating value is different to adding economic value; it is the need to add to a product (by means of a process – for instance, transport) an intangible asset or an asset that improves it.
Image, hygiene, punctuality, a cordial and respectful approach – these are some of the aspects that the recipient takes in when the sender, with our support, delivers their product. We are talking of an added qualitative value, which transport adds to the product within the sale chain, and which can be perceived as the continuation of a process which originated several stages earlier.
